Lemony Ginger Milk-And-Honey Tea

3 cups milk 750 mL
1/4 cup fresh ginger, sliced 60 mL
1/4 cup fresh lime leaves or rind of a lime cut into strips 60 mL
2 tbsp fresh lemongrass, sliced 30 mL


Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring milk and other three ingredients to a boil on medium heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 2
Pour tea into cups using a tea strainer.

Step 3
Serve with honey to taste.
