Pu'erh & Spices Milk Tea

Ingredients

3 cups milk 750 mL
2 1/2 oz dried orange peel or 1 cinnamon stick 75 g
1/4 cup star anise 60 mL
2 tbsp cloves 30 mL
2 bags or 1 tsp Pu'erh tea or Pu'erh tea leaves 2 bags or 5 mL
  brown sugar to taste  

Instructions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring the milk and other three ingredients to a boil on medium heat. Add tea and reduce to low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 2
Turn heat off and pour into cups using a tea strainer. Serve with brown sugar to taste.
