Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  Flesh of 1 large ripe mango, chopped  
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated 2 ml
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate 80 ml
1 1/2 cups milk, chilled 375 ml
1 cup ice 250 ml

Instructions

Step 1
In blender, purée fruit, ginger and concentrate together until smooth. Add milk, ice and blend again. Enjoy immediately.
