Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a small frying pan, over medium heat, fry bacon until crispy.
Step 2
Add onion and cook until translucent. Add thyme leaves and mix well. Set aside.
Step 3
Put naan bread on a pizza pan or a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Spread yogurt generously over entire bread, then top with bacon mixture, spreading evenly.
Step 5
Bake pizza until crust is crispy and golden, about 8 mins.
