Caramelized Onion and Bacon Pizza

Ingredients

1/2 onion, sliced 1/2
2 slices bacon, diced 2 slices
1 sprig fresh thyme, leaves removed 1 sprig
3 tbsp. + 1 tsp plain 2% M.F. Greek yogurt 50 ml
Naan bread

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a small frying pan, over medium heat, fry bacon until crispy.

Step 2
Add onion and cook until translucent. Add thyme leaves and mix well. Set aside.

Step 3
Put naan bread on a pizza pan or a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4
Spread yogurt generously over entire bread, then top with bacon mixture, spreading evenly.

Step 5
Bake pizza until crust is crispy and golden, about 8 mins.
