Greek-Style Avocado Hummus

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Avocados from Mexico
garlic cloves
3 Tbsp tahini 45 ml
10 drops of hot sauce 10
4 Tbsp avocado oil 60 ml
  Juice of 1 lemon  
1 tsp ground cumin 5 ml
1 tsp mountain oregano 5 ml
  Salt and pepper to taste  
  Garnish:  
1 Tbsp red onion, minced 15 ml
tomato, diced
black olives, chopped
  Feta cheese, crumbled  
2 Tbsp olive oil 30 ml

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all of the hummus ingredients in a food processor to a smooth texture.

Step 2
Transfer the hummus to a plate and garnish with tomatoes, onion, olives, feta cheese and olive oil.
