Avocado and Crab Remoulade Sandwich

Serves 4

Ingredients

500 ml your favourite guacamole recipe : http://www.cookspiration.com/recipe.aspx?perma=VV4DfZQW2Oi&lang=en 2 cups
8 slices of French bread (optional: toasted) 8
250 ml radishes, julienned 1 cup
250 ml celery, diced 1 cup
500 ml crabmeat, minced (optional: mix equally with pollock meat) 2 cups
60 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup
  Salt and pepper to taste  

Instructions

Step 1
Mix the radishes, celery, crabmeat and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2
Spread the guacamole evenly on 4 bread slices, as well as the crab remoulade on the 4 other slices.

Step 3
Assemble the sandwiches and enjoy.
