Ingredients

¾ cup plain low fat yogurt 175 mL
1 tbsp crushed pecans 15 mL
1 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup 15 mL
¼ tsp cinnamon 1 mL
apple, cored and cut into wedges

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, stir together yogurt, pecans, maple syrup and cinnamon.

Step 2
Serve with apple wedges to dip into.
