Icy Yogurt Pops

Makes 7 servings

These refreshing pops are a nutritious alternative to sweeter frozen treats. Use different puréed fruits or frozen fruit juice concentrates to vary the flavors. Transfer from the freezer to the refrigerator a few minutes before serving.

Ingredients

1 cup lower-fat plain yogurt 250 mL
3/4 cup frozen juice concentrate, thawed, or puréed fruit 175 mL
3/4 cup 2% or skim milk 175 mL

Instructions

Step 1
Combine yogurt, fruit juice concentrate and milk. Pour into 7 small paper cups. Freeze until partially frozen. Insert a wooden stick into center of each; freeze until firm. To serve, peel off paper cup.
