Green Lentil Power Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 medium cucumber, chopped  
1 cup chopped kale, spines removed 250 mL
3/4 cup cooked split red lentils 175 mL
apple, cored and chopped  
medium banana, peeled  
1/2 cup cold water 125 mL
3/4 cup crushed ice 175 mL
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 125 mL
3 Tbsp honey 45 mL
3 Tbsp lemon juice 45 mL
2 tsp spirulina powder (optional) 10 mL

Instructions

Step 1
PLACE all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.

Step 2
SCRAPE down sides and blend again. Serve immediately.
