Sweet and Salty Salsa with Feta

Ingredients

1 cup Canadian Feta, finely diced 250 ml
1 cup watermelon, finely diced 250 ml
1 cup cantaloupe, finely diced 250 ml
1 cup red bell pepper, finely diced 250 ml
1 cup pineapple, finely diced 250 ml
1/4 cup red onion, chopped 60 ml
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 60 ml
  Freshly ground pepper  

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and season with pepper.

Step 2
Serve with meat or grilled fish, or as an accompaniment to Mexican dishes.
