Avocado and Tuna Salad Sandwich

Makes 4 portions

Ingredients

2 Tuna cans, drained 170 g each
Green onions, thinly sliced  
4 tbsp Mayonnaise (homemade or store-bought) 60 ml
Poppyseed buns, cut in half length-wise  
  Flesh of one avocado, sliced  
Tomato slices  
Leaves of lettuce  

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the green onions and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2
On a clean surface, spread the tuna mixture on the bread and garnish with sliced avocado, sliced tomato and lettuce. Serve with pickles if desired.
