Middle-Eastern Puddings

Ingredients

1 tbsp dried apricots 15 ml
1 tbsp dried figs 15 ml
2 tbsp shelled pistachio nuts 30 ml
2 tbsp orange-blossom water 30 ml
2 cups 2% M.F. Honey Greek yogurt 500 ml

Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop apricots, figs and pistachios. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in orange-blossom water. Macerate for about 15 minutes.

Step 2
Fill four 1/2-cup/125-ml custard cups each with 1/2 cup (125 ml) of yogurt, then top evenly with macerated fruit and nuts.
