Montreal Bagel with Herb and Avocado Whipped Ricotta

Ingredients

125 ml ricotta cheese test 1/2 cup
15 ml fresh tarragon, chopped 1 tbsp
15 ml fresh chives, chopped 1 tbsp
5 ml honey 1 tsp
bagels, halved and toasted
avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  Garnish  
  Splash of lemon juice  
  Splash of olive oil  
  Pinch of cracked pink peppercorns  
  Pinch of chives

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk ricotta with tarragon, chives, and honey.

Step 2
Place bagel halves on a work surface and spread with cheese.

Step 3
Top each bagel with half an avocado, sliced, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and finish with cracked pink peppercorns and chives.
